We aim to set clear expectations around the shipping process so you know what to anticipate when purchasing eyewear and other products from us. Please read through the following sections closely and reach out if you have any other questions not addressed here.

Delivery Timelines

Standard Shipping

The majority of orders shipped by Warby Parker go out via standard ground shipping. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to arrive once it has shipped out.

Ship times depend on the origination and destination zip codes but most continental U.S. addresses take between 3 to 7 business days in transit. Add 1-2 additional business days for processing on top of that.

So if you place your order today (Monday), it will likely ship either the same day or next business day (Tuesday), and arrive roughly Friday or early the following week.

2-Day Shipping

We offer expedited 2-day shipping for an additional fee on most orders. If you select this option at checkout your order will ship out same-day if placed on a weekday, or next business day if placed on a weekend/holiday.

You can expect your 2-day order to arrive roughly 2 business days after it ships out. So if you order Monday with 2-day, it will deliver Wednesday. If you order Friday, it will deliver Tuesday.

Next-Day Shipping

For an extra rush fee, Warby Parker also provides next day shipping on most orders with delivery by roughly 8PM the very next day if ordered by 2PM CT.

Next-day orders ship same day if ordered during the weekday. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship next business day (Monday unless a holiday). Please note next-day service is only available for shipping addresses located within the continental United States.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

For our customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please expect at least an extra 1-3 transit days on top of standard delivery timelines outlined above. Shipments to these locations go out via airmail or priority mail.

We do not currently offer expedited shipping for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any international destinations. Standard 5-10 day delivery times apply.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping

Warby Parker offers free standard shipping on all orders over $99 shipped within the continental United States. No promotional code necessary, the free shipping will automatically apply during checkout.

For orders under $99 shipped domestically, we charge a flat $7 shipping fee via ground mail. International orders do not currently qualify for free shipping regardless of subtotal. See section below for additional international rates.

Expedited Shipping Rates

While we offer 2-day and next day shipping on most domestic orders, these upgraded shipping options come with the following additional charges:

So if your order subtotal is less than $99, you would be charged the base $7 standard fee + the expedited shipping upcharge. Orders over $99 ship free as normal then just the extra expedited rate applies.

International Shipping

At this time Warby Parker only ships products to addresses located within the United States plus Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

We do not facilitate shipping to other international destinations. If we expand our shipping territories in the future, we will update this policy to include additional regions and any associated shipping rates or duties as applicable.

If you are an international customer interested in Warby Parker products, we recommend providing a valid U.S. shipping address (e.g. freight forwarder) where your order can be delivered domestically before undergoing any necessary cross-border shipment on your end.

Shipping Methods

Ground Shipping

Our standard ship method for the majority of U.S. orders is through either UPS Mail Innovations or USPS Priority Mail. Transit times range between 5-7 business days and tracking is provided.

Expedited Shipping

2-day and next day orders are fulfilled through UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the destination zip code. Tracking numbers will allow you to follow your package and see estimated delivery date.

Pickup at Retail Locations

If you live near one of our Warby Parker retail locations, you have the option to select free in-store pickup at checkout rather than home delivery.

Your order will be prepared and made available at your chosen store typically within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive email/text notifications when ready. Simply visit during store hours, provide order details and a valid photo ID to pick up your items.

Prescription Eyewear Shipping Exceptions

For any orders involving prescription (Rx) lenses, please allow additional transit time during production and expect a total order processing window closer to 7-10 business days.

Once your Rx glasses complete our custom manufacturing pipeline and quality assurance checks, they will go out via standard shipping rates and delivery timelines discussed above unless expedited options selected. Rush fees can help guarantee faster fulfillment of prescription eyewear orders when needed.

Order Tracking

To follow your delivery status and see estimated arrival date, reference the shipping confirmation email sent immediately upon your order shipment containing carrier details and tracking number.

With this tracking ID simply visit the website of the shipping provider (UPS/USPS/FedEx) and enter it to pull up current package transit info including exceptions if any.

Warby Parker also sends automatic text message updates at various points – when order starts processing, ships out, and is delivered. Enable text notifications during checkout or update your account settings anytime. Reach out directly to our Customer Experience team if you have issues tracking an order or locating your delivery.

Shipping Address Changes

We strive to ship products to the original shipping address provided with your order. However, if you need to update this destination after placing a purchase please contact Customer Experience immediately so we issue the change before your shipment goes out.

Address corrections at the last minute can sometimes be accommodated but may delay sending as we confirm details. Note for legal/contractual reasons around prescriptions and product pricing, eyewear orders cannot be rerouted outside the country they were initially destined for upon checkout completion.

Order Cancellations

Generally, because we customize individual orders then quickly move them into production within 24 hours, we cannot cancel existing purchases without incurring charges.

But if you need to request an order cancellation for any reason, reach out to Customer Experience right away indicating your order number and reason – the sooner the better in terms of stopping processing.

If caught early enough before shipment or production we will issue full refund. However cancelled prescription eyewear orders already in production will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee depending how far along the manufacturing pipeline is.

Shipping Damage or Errors

Warby Parker thoroughly inspects and packs all shipments with care to ensure orders arrive intact to customers. However we understand occasional issues can still transpire during transit or fulfillment.

Please save all packaging materials and take photos documenting any evident damage to products or inaccurate order content. Reach out to our Customer Experience team right away indicating order number and describing the problem so we can start the claims/replacement process.

In case of damage, the carrier will require inspection of original packaging/items when determining liability. For order inaccuracies or missing items, we require photos of what you received to validate and process replacements. Our helpful agents are available by phone/chat/email to assist further.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied when you receive your shipment, no problem! Warby Parker offers free, easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Simply repackage the unused products in original box and contact us to receive a prepaid shipping label for return shipment at no cost. Once received at our returns processing facility you will be issued a credit, refund or replacement items as requested. Note there may be Rx restrictions around remaking/reordering lenses.
