At Warby Parker, we want you to be fully satisfied with your glasses. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a hassle-free return policy.


If for any reason you are not completely happy with your Warby Parker glasses, you may return them within 30 days of when you received them for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your glasses must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Prescription eyeglasses must have lenses that have not been manufactured or cut specifically for you.

Return process:

  1. Initiate the return online through your account or contact our Customer Experience team. We will provide details on how to securely and safely return your items.
  2. Pack up your return in secure original packaging if possible. Make sure all items and accessories are included.
  3. Attach the return shipping label we email to you on the outside of the package. Ship via mail or drop off at a UPS location within 30 days. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the condition of the items and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. We will notify you by email when your return is completed.

Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 7-10 business days from the time we process your return to see the credit on your account statement.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your glasses for a different style, size or prescription, you may do so for free within 30 days. Select the exchange option when initiating your return and let us know what you would like to exchange for. Once we receive your original glasses, we will ship out the exchange item.

Prescription Glasses Returns

Sale & Final Sale Items

Sale items: Glasses and sunglasses purchased at a sale or promotional discount may be returned or exchanged according to the same policies above. Refunds will be issued for the amount paid.

Final sale items: From time to time, certain products are marked “final sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon delivery. Please review listings carefully before purchasing final sale items.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If any item you ordered arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, please refuse the shipment if possible and contact us right away.

We thoroughly inspect orders before shipment, but mistakes can occasionally happen. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please send us photos of any damage or defects and we will make it right with a replacement item or full refund.

For defective prescription lenses or glasses that do not match your prescription, we will promptly remake and reship the item at no additional charge. Just let us know what issues you experienced.

Lost or Missing Returns

We strongly recommend sending return items via a trackable shipping carrier and purchasing appropriate insurance. Warby Parker is not liable for lost or missing return shipments.

If your tracking shows a return delivery confirmation but it does not show up at our returns processing facility within 10 days, please contact us and we will investigate. In some cases we may require you to provide evidence from the shipping carrier to verify a missing return before a replacement or refund can be issued.
